Butchers Gold started with two friends in conversation — frustrated with a world that no longer values craft, even in something as simple as food.

For years, Jonathan had been perfecting jerky the old way: real meat, minimal seasoning, and no chemicals hiding behind labels. When he shared it, it wasn’t just good, it was clean.
