At Butchers Gold, we stand behind the quality of everything we craft. Our jerky is made with care, discipline, and intention — and we want you to feel confident in every purchase.
Because our products are food items, we are unable to accept returns of opened packages for safety and quality reasons.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised in any way, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will make it right.
If your package is unopened and you would like to request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Approved returns must be shipped back unopened and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the issue was caused by us.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
We are committed to integrity — if there is a legitimate issue, we will work with you directly to resolve it.
