We take pride in preparing and shipping every order with care.

Processing Time

All Butcher's Gold Jerky is made fresh to order. Every batch is crafted after your order is placed. Orders are typically processed and ready to ship within 3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. For large or bulk orders, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm an accurate timeline.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the delivery speed you select. We ship domestically within the United States and primarily use trusted carriers including:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited options may be available at checkout

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays or weather conditions.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost:

  • Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery
  • Provide your order number
  • Include photos if applicable

We will work directly with you and the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Storage Reminder

Our jerky is shelf-stable when sealed. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within a reasonable time for best quality.
